While the moves may be a bit more complicated than some of our other fitness choreography videos, don't let that scare you! You CAN successfully learn these moves as long as you never give up! (see what we did there?!)
FIT TIP: because the movements have hidden "toning" elements, focus on form and footwork over "flashy" moves. You'll get your best workout when you take the time to execute the movements will full range of motion and proper form!
MODIFICATIONS: An easy modification for the jumping move in the chorus is to remove it! Simply add a squat instead of the jump.
